18 U.S.C. 2257 Record-Keeping Compliance Statement
All models, actors, actresses, and other persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexual conduct appearing on or otherwise contained in MyFsiBlog were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time those depictions were created.
Some of the depictions appearing on or otherwise contained in MyFsiBlog contain only visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct made before 3 July 1995. Those depictions are exempt from the requirements set forth in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. Exemption from those record-keeping rules does not change this site’s rule that every person depicted must have been 18 or older.
With regard to the remaining depictions of actual sexual conduct appearing on or otherwise contained in MyFsiBlog, the records required pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 are kept by the Custodian of Records named below, or by the primary producer of that material, according to the date of publication and the producer of the content.

Content uploaded by members or licensed from studios
MyFsiBlog is a platform. Many videos are uploaded by independent members or licensed from third-party studios. For that material, the primary producer named on the video (or the studio credit) is responsible for maintaining the original 18 U.S.C. § 2257 records and for making them available as the law requires.
MyFsiBlog may keep copies of age documentation that an uploader submits during verification. Keeping a copy does not mean MyFsiBlog is the primary producer of that video.
Duties of uploaders
Members who upload sexually explicit video warrant that:
- They are 18 or older.
- Every person depicted was 18 or older on the date of production.
- They are the primary producer, or they are an authorised secondary producer or licensee with the right to publish the work here.
- They hold, or can obtain from the primary producer, records that comply with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 where those rules apply.
- They can produce those records if lawfully required.
We may refuse, hide, or remove a video if age records are missing, incomplete, or not produced when asked.
Scope
This statement covers visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct on MyFsiBlog. It does not replace the Terms of Service, Content Guidelines, or Child Safety Policy. Sexual content involving anyone under 18 is banned and reported.
