Ofcom and the Online Safety Act
The UK online safety regime is overseen by Ofcom under the Online Safety Act 2023. That Act requires online services that publish or provide pornographic content to take steps so that children under 18 cannot normally access it, and to deal with illegal content and certain kinds of harmful material according to the duties that apply to the service.
DesiPvt is an 18+ adult video platform. We take protecting users seriously and aim to meet the duties that apply to a pornographic service of this kind. This page explains how we approach those duties for people in the UK. It is not a claim that the operator is registered with Ofcom, has completed a particular assessment, or has been certified by Ofcom.
Age restrictions
DesiPvt is for adults 18 years of age or older. Before you can watch adult content you must confirm you are at least 18. Nobody under 18 is permitted to use the platform, create an account, or appear in content.
UK age assurance
Users accessing DesiPvt from the United Kingdom may be asked to complete an age assurance check in addition to the site-wide age gate. Those measures are meant to confirm adulthood while collecting as little extra personal information as we reasonably can, in line with UK data-protection rules. Details of methods, retention, and what happens if a check fails are in the Age Assurance Policy.
Reporting illegal or harmful content
If you believe material on DesiPvt is illegal, involves anyone under 18, or breaks the Terms of Service or Content Guidelines, report it. You can:
- Use Report on the video or profile
- Use the Content Removal Request form
- Follow the Illegal Content Reporting Policy
- Follow the Child Safety Policy for anything that may involve a minor
Do not email copies of child sexual abuse material. Send the DesiPvt URL only.
Our team reviews reports in a reasonable time. We may remove or restrict content, warn or suspend accounts, preserve records, and refer material to the proper authorities where the law requires or allows it.
Complaints about UK compliance
If you believe DesiPvt has not met duties that apply to it under the Online Safety Act or related Ofcom expectations, send a complaint through the Contact page or email admin@savedl.net. Include:

- A short description of the issue

Unresolved complaints
If you are not satisfied after we respond, you may contact Ofcom about matters in its remit. Ofcom publishes guidance for users and for online services on its official website.
