Overview
DesiPvt is an adult-only platform for people 18 years of age or older. We take steps to prevent underage access and to meet laws that require age assurance for pornographic services, including UK Online Safety Act duties described on the Information for Users in the UK page.
This policy explains when we may ask you to confirm you are an adult, what methods we may use, how creator verification works, and how we treat privacy. It sits alongside the Privacy Policy, Child Safety Policy, and Terms of Service.
When age assurance may be required
Depending on law, your location, risk signals, and the feature you use, we may require age assurance for:
- Entering the site through the 18+ age gate
- Creating or signing into an account
- Watching adult video in jurisdictions that require stronger checks
- Uploading, requesting payouts, verification badges, or Pro features
- Users we reasonably believe are accessing DesiPvt from the United Kingdom
Requirements and methods can change by region. We may add further measures where needed to keep minors off adult content.
Age assurance methods
Available methods depend on your region and the feature. They may include:
- A self-declaration age gate stored on your device
- An 18+ declaration at registration
- Age estimation or other technical signals from a trusted provider
- A third-party age assurance service that returns a pass/fail or “is 18+” result
- Government-issued photo ID checks for upload, payout, or account verification
- Other methods that reasonably confirm you meet the age requirement
We choose the lightest method that meets the legal and safety need where we can.
Creator age verification
Members who publish sexually explicit video may be required to complete identity and age verification before publishing, unlocking earnings, or showing a verified badge. You must confirm every person who appears in your files was 18 or older on the date of production and that you hold the rights and 2257 records that apply.
Failure to complete required checks, or posting content that fails age review, can lead to content removal, blocked uploads, and account termination. See also the Content Submission Guidelines and Become a Model page.
Privacy and data protection
We aim to confirm adulthood while processing as little personal information as we reasonably can.
- Age assurance data is used to confirm eligibility, prevent underage access, meet legal duties, and protect the safety of the service
- If we use a third-party provider, they process data under their own privacy notice and applicable law
- We ask providers for the minimum result needed (for example, whether you are 18+), not a full identity dossier for everyday browsing
- Identity documents submitted for verification are handled under the Privacy Policy and kept only as long as needed for law, disputes, and safety
Circumvention of age assurance measures
Do not bypass age assurance or provide false information. Prohibited conduct includes:
- Lying about your age or date of birth
- Using another person’s identity or ID
- Using fraudulent, altered, or stolen documents
- Interfering with age gates, cookies, or verification systems
- Helping a minor access adult content on DesiPvt
Accounts that attempt circumvention may be restricted or permanently terminated.
Failed or incomplete verification
If you will not or cannot complete a required check, adult content, uploads, payouts, or other restricted features stay blocked. We may deny access where we cannot reasonably verify that you are 18 or older.
If you think we made an error, use Contact. You must still be 18+. Completing a check does not waive our right to remove illegal or prohibited content.
Parents and guardians
If you believe a minor has an account or is trying to access DesiPvt, use Contact or email abuses@savedl.net with the username or URL. We will close underage accounts.

We may update this policy when laws, providers, or our practices change. The date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of DesiPvt after an update means you accept the revised policy for future activity.
