Overview
DesiPvt is committed to a high-quality catalog of original adult video from consenting performers who were 18 or older at recording. To keep the experience safe and watchable, every upload must follow these guidelines. They work with the Content Submission Guidelines, Content Production Guide, Terms of Service, and Child Safety Policy.
Content requirements
To be published on DesiPvt, videos must meet the following:
- The video contains sexual content, masturbation, or nudity that matches how it is titled and tagged
- The file is long enough to be a real scene (about one minute or more)
- Performers are correctly identified and credited. Do not upload a video featuring one person while tagging or naming another
- The same video is not already available on DesiPvt (unless your file is clearly higher quality or substantially longer)
- Prefer 720p or higher; 1080p is strongly preferred for new uploads
DesiPvt may reject videos that do not meet these requirements or that do not provide a good experience for viewers, even when the material is otherwise legal. Content review may involve moderator discretion for quality and standards.
Prohibited content
Videos featuring the following are not permitted:
- Any content involving individuals under the age of 18, including AI, animation, drawings, or labelling that implies a minor
- Non-consensual sexual content, including material shared without permission of the people involved (revenge porn, leaked private media, hidden-camera sex of non-consenting people)
- Sexual violence, rape presented as a real act, torture, real-world harm, or content involving death as a real act
- Bestiality or sexual content involving animals
- Hate speech, threats, or content promoting discrimination or violence against protected groups
- Illegal content or content that violates applicable law or a binding order
- Private information, personal data dumps, or material intended to expose or harm another person (doxxing)
- Fake, misleading, or manipulated content that misrepresents the people, events, or circumstances shown — including deepfakes of real people without the depicted adult’s authorisation
- Spam, scams, unauthorized advertising, or promotional dumps
- Impersonation or falsely claiming to represent another person or studio
- Copyrighted films or scenes you do not own or have a written licence to distribute
Uploading prohibited content may result in removal, account restrictions, suspension, or termination, and may be reported to authorities where required. See the Illegal Content Reporting Policy.
Roleplay and grey areas
Incest roleplay and similar adult fantasies are only allowed when every performer is clearly an adult, no real minor is involved or implied, and titles/tags do not suggest underage participants. We may demand extra ID or reject the file.
Upload accuracy
When uploading, make sure that:
- Titles, descriptions, categories, and tags accurately describe the video
- All performers and studios are correctly credited
- Thumbnails are a still from the same file and are not covered by another site’s watermark or clickbait overlays
Misleading information, incorrect tagging, or intentional misrepresentation may result in removal of the content or action against your account. Technical and thumbnail rules are in the Content Submission Guidelines.
Reporting content
If you see content that you believe violates these guidelines, report it with Report on the video or profile, or use the Content Removal Request form. Copyright claims should use the DMCA page.
