DMCA Notice of Copyright Infringement
MyFsiBlog respects copyright. We respond to notices that substantially comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512, and similar laws. We may remove or restrict material, limit the uploader’s account, or both.
This page is for copyright claims about material hosted on MyFsiBlog. Non-copyright harm (non-consensual intimate images, illegal content, child safety) uses Report on the video, the Content Removal Request form, or the Illegal Content Reporting Policy.
Reporting claims of copyright infringement
Only the copyright owner or a person authorised to act for the owner should file a notice. Agents must be able to show that authority if we ask.
Notices and counter-notices must be in English. Incomplete notices may be ignored. A notice that knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing can create liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). We may share a notice, including your name and contact details, with the uploader and keep it in our records.
We do not mediate every dispute. We need enough information to find the material and to believe the claim is made in good faith.
The designated copyright agent for MyFsiBlog is the operator listed on the Contact page. Email copyright and DMCA notices to abuses@savedl.net, or use the form on this page where it is shown. Do not send unrelated lawsuits, subpoenas, or other legal process to that channel unless we have agreed in writing to accept it there. Law enforcement process is described on the Law Enforcement Requests page.
Filing a DMCA notice
A complete notice should include all of the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if the notice covers several works.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to let us find it. Give the exact URL of each video or file on MyFsiBlog. A profile URL or username alone is usually not enough.
- Your legal name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury that you are the owner or are authorised to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Your physical or electronic signature. Typing your full legal name is acceptable if the rest of the notice is complete.
You may use the form on this page or send the same information through Contact with “DMCA” in the subject. We may ask for more detail before we act.
If we remove or disable access to material we will take reasonable steps to tell the uploader so they can file a counter-notice.
Counter-notification procedures
If your material was removed or disabled and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice.
A complete counter-notice should include:
- Your legal name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
- Identification of the material that was removed or to which access was disabled, and the location where it appeared before that action (the MyFsiBlog URL).
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the operator’s address is located (see Contact), or, if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which the operator may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice or an agent of that person.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We forward a valid counter-notice to the original claimant. Unless we receive notice that the claimant has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain you from infringing activity relating to the material, we may replace or restore access not less than 10 business days and not more than 14 business days after we receive the counter-notice, at our discretion.
Knowingly false counter-notices can also create liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
Repeat infringers
It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We may also terminate an account after a single serious infringement, or where the account is used to upload material we reasonably believe is stolen, leaked, or posted without rights.
We decide what counts as a repeat infringement from our records of notices, counter-notices, and court orders. Restoration of an account, if any, is at our discretion.
Trademark
MyFsiBlog is not a trademark court. We encourage trademark owners to resolve a dispute with the uploader where they can. Clear, documented complaints from the owner or their authorised agent can be sent through Contact. We may share your report, including your contact details, with the person who posted the material.
Consent and non-copyright harm
Intimate images published without consent can be reported even when they are not a copyright claim. Use Report on a video, the Content Removal Request page, or the Illegal Content Reporting Policy.
