Child Safety Policy

Overview

DesiPvt has a zero-tolerance approach to child sexual exploitation and abuse. This is an adult-only platform. Nobody under 18 may access, use, appear in, or be depicted in sexual content on the service.

We comply with applicable child-protection laws in the places where we operate, including United States criminal law on child sexual abuse material and, for UK users, duties described on the Information for Users in the UK page. This policy works with the Terms of Service, Content Guidelines, Illegal Content Reporting Policy, and 2257 statement.

Prohibited child sexual exploitation content

We prohibit creating, uploading, requesting, linking to, or seeking:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • Any sexual content involving anyone under 18
  • Indecent or sexualised visual depictions of minors
  • Content that depicts, promotes, or instructs child sexual abuse
  • Real, altered, synthetic, AI-generated, drawn, animated, or computer-generated sexual depictions of minors
  • “Teen,” “barely legal,” school, or similar framing that implies a performer is under 18, even if the person on camera is an adult

This is a ban, not a category we moderate into a milder form. Matching content is removed and the account is banned.

Age restrictions

  • Every user must be 18 or older
  • Every performer in uploaded video must have been 18 or older on the date of production
  • Users confirm age at the age gate and at registration
  • Uploaders and payout recipients may be asked for government photo ID and other age checks — see the Age Assurance Policy
  • Users who fail age checks are denied adult content and may have the account closed

Prohibited conduct involving minors

We also forbid:

  • Grooming, solicitation, or sexual contact directed at anyone under 18
  • Asking users to share sexual images of minors
  • Attempts to normalise sexual activity with children
  • Using DesiPvt to arrange or discuss sexual abuse of minors

Violations lead to removal, permanent bans, and reports to authorities where required.

Content creator responsibilities

Anyone who publishes video on DesiPvt must:

Creators who cannot document performer age may not upload. We may reject or remove files and suspend accounts that fail these checks.

User responsibilities

Do not upload, seek, download, or share prohibited child-safety content. If you see anything that may involve a minor, report it immediately using the methods below. Do not forward image or video files of CSAM by email or chat. Send the DesiPvt URL only.

Preventing child exploitation

We use a mix of process and review to keep this material off DesiPvt, including:

  • 18+ age gate and registration declarations
  • Stronger checks before upload, verification, or payouts when those features are on
  • User reports with a priority queue for child-safety claims
  • Human review of flagged uploads and reports
  • Hashing or industry blocklists when we have access to those tools
  • Removal, account bans, and preservation of logs for investigations

No system catches everything. Reporting remains essential.

Enforcement actions

When we find a child-safety violation we may, without prior notice:

  • Hide or permanently remove the content
  • Suspend or permanently ban the account and related accounts
  • Block uploads and payouts
  • Preserve records for law enforcement
  • Notify the appropriate authorities

Cooperation with authorities

We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement and child-protection agencies as described on the Law Enforcement Requests page. Where United States law requires reporting of apparent CSAM, we report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the channel required by law. We may also work with foreign authorities when a request is valid.

Reporting child safety concerns

Use any of these channels. Child-safety reports are the highest priority.

Include:

  • The exact URL(s) on DesiPvt
  • Usernames if known
  • A short explanation of why you believe a minor is involved

Do not attach or email copies of CSAM. URL only to abuses@savedl.net or the forms above.

False or malicious reports

Knowingly false reports of child exploitation are prohibited and can lead to account action. Good-faith reports are not punished if we find no violation after review.

Record keeping

We keep investigation, report, and verification records for as long as needed for law, safety, and dispute handling. Performer age records for published adult content are described on the 2257 page. See also the Privacy Policy.

Policy updates

We may update this policy. The date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of DesiPvt after an update means you accept the revised policy for future activity.
