Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern access to MyFsiBlog for guests and registered members. They work together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Notice, Community Guidelines, Content Guidelines, 2257 statement, and the other policies linked from this site.
If you do not agree, leave MyFsiBlog and do not create an account.
Acceptance
By visiting, creating an account, watching, uploading, commenting, or otherwise using MyFsiBlog — including on a computer, phone, or embed — you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
These terms apply to every user, including people who only watch and people who upload or are credited on videos. “Content” means video, audio, images, titles, descriptions, comments, thumbnails, scripts, and any other material you view, send, or publish through MyFsiBlog.
You consent to making this agreement electronically and to us keeping records of it in electronic form.
Age and eligibility
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in the place you access MyFsiBlog from if that age is higher, and that you are legally able to enter this contract. You also confirm that the place you access MyFsiBlog from does not prohibit you from receiving sexually explicit content.
Do not use MyFsiBlog if you are under 18.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change. The posted version replaces earlier versions at once. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Review this page from time to time.
The service
MyFsiBlog hosts adult-oriented video and related material uploaded by members or licensed from studios. Content includes video, titles, descriptions, comments, thumbnails, and other material you can view or submit.
MyFsiBlog may contain links to third-party sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Leaving MyFsiBlog for another site is at your own risk.
The service is for personal use unless we have given written permission for a commercial use. We may refuse or delete categories of material, and we may remove any content at any time.
You will be exposed to adult content from many sources. We do not guarantee that content is accurate, lawful in your location, safe, or to your taste. You waive claims against MyFsiBlog arising from that exposure to the extent the law allows, and you indemnify us as described below.
Communications
By creating an account you consent to receive electronic notices about the account (password resets, confirmations, warnings, billing). Notices may also appear in Account after you sign in. Those notices satisfy any requirement that communications be in writing. Keep a copy if you need one.
We may also send optional news, feature notes, or offers. Use the unsubscribe link in those messages if you do not want them. Account and security mail may still be sent.
Access and account security
We may change, suspend, or withdraw parts of MyFsiBlog without notice. We are not liable if the service is unavailable.
You are responsible for how you reach MyFsiBlog and for making sure anyone who uses your connection follows these terms.
Registration details must be true, current, and complete. Use of that information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not share logins. Sign out on shared computers. Tell us through the Contact page if you think someone else used your account. We are not liable for unauthorised use of your login; you may be liable if that use harms MyFsiBlog or others.
If you use MyFsiBlog on a mobile network, your carrier’s rates still apply. If you use a third-party login or payment tool, you also accept that provider’s terms.
We may disable a username or account if you break these terms, create legal risk, or for any other reason we consider necessary to protect the service.
Fees
MyFsiBlog may charge for extra features (for example Pro). Prices and methods are described on those pages. We may change fees. Unpaid or reversed charges can lead to lost access.
Licence to use MyFsiBlog
MyFsiBlog and its logos are our marks. Other names, logos, and likenesses on the site belong to their owners. Appearance of a person or brand is not an endorsement.
The site software, layout, and original materials we publish are our works. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access MyFsiBlog for personal, lawful viewing, provided you view pages as presented (including ads, where ads are shown).
You may not copy, scrape, rebroadcast, frame, adapt, or build on the service except as the site itself allows (for example a download or share control, if shown). You may not strip ads, use ad-blocking in a way that breaks the licence, bypass technical limits, or interfere with digital rights tools.
If an embeddable player is offered, you may place it only as provided. Do not modify or hide its functions or the link back to MyFsiBlog.
If downloads are enabled, you receive a personal licence to possess the file, not ownership. You must delete copies when that licence ends.
The licence ends if you break these terms.
Content you submit
If you upload videos, titles, descriptions, comments, or thumbnails, you keep the rights you already have. You are solely responsible for that material and for the consequences of publishing it. We do not guarantee confidentiality of uploads.
You grant MyFsiBlog a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, store, transcode, reproduce, display, communicate, promote, and distribute that material on and in connection with the service, in any media. You waive moral-rights claims against us to the extent the law allows. Other users may view and use that material through the normal functions of the site.
For video, that licence ends within a reasonable time after you delete the file from MyFsiBlog, except that we may keep non-public server copies for backup, legal, or security reasons. Licences for comments may continue.
You confirm that:
- You are 18 or older.
- Every person depicted was 18 or older on the date of production and consented to the recording and to this publication.
- You own the content or have a written licence that allows you to publish it here and to grant the rights in these terms.
- The content is not illegal, non-consensual, or child sexual abuse material.
- You can produce 2257-compliant age records if you are the primary producer of sexually explicit video.
We do not endorse user content. We may remove, restrict, or refuse material at any time. Ideas you send us may be used without payment or confidentiality.
Some profile information you publish is public. We may disclose identity records when the law requires it. See the Privacy Policy and Law Enforcement Requests page.
Prohibited use
You may not use MyFsiBlog to:
- Break the law or tell others how to do so.
- Harm, threaten, harass, stalk, dox, or intimidate people, or interfere with other users.
- Publish or seek sexual content involving anyone under 18, real or generated, or fail to keep records that every performer was 18 or older.
- Share revenge porn, hidden-camera, blackmail, or other non-consensual intimate media.
- Post snuff, torture, real extreme violence, incest, bestiality, or other illegal material.
- Post false, defamatory, fraudulent, or hateful material, or content that would be a crime or a civil wrong.
- Infringe copyright, trademarks, or publicity rights.
- Impersonate another person or misstate your affiliation.
- Send spam, unsolicited ads, pyramid schemes, or unauthorised promotions.
- Run sweepstakes, lotteries, or gambling through the service unless we have agreed in writing.
- Promote prostitution for hire, trafficking, or in-person sexual meetings for pay arranged on this site.
- Deploy malware, bots, scrapers, or denial-of-service tools; attack or overload the site; or exceed authorised access.
- Collect personal data about others without permission.
- Remove copyright notices, alter pages (including ads), or use information from MyFsiBlog to build ad-blocking lists.
- Exploit bugs or undocumented behaviour to gain access that is not offered.
We decide whether a use breaks these rules. That decision is final for access to MyFsiBlog.
Monitoring and enforcement
We may, but need not:
- Remove or refuse content.
- Review public or reported material to check these terms, security, or the law.
- Disclose information about a poster to a person who claims the material violates their rights, where the law allows.
- Suspend or terminate access.
- Preserve records and report apparent crimes.
We cooperate with lawful process as described on the Law Enforcement Requests page. You waive claims arising from those investigations to the extent the law allows.
If we find content involving minors, force, fraud, or coercion, we remove it and report it to the proper authorities. Report that material through the Child Safety Policy or Illegal Content Reporting Policy. Do not email copies of CSAM.
We do not review every upload before it goes live and are not liable for user content or for delay in removing it.
Account termination
Adult content that follows these terms and the Content Guidelines may remain. We may still remove material or close an account if it is obscene, defamatory, unsafe, or otherwise unsuitable for this venue, or if you create legal risk for MyFsiBlog.
If we end access, you lose the right to use the account and the files stored on it. We need not help you export data and need not keep backups.
Copyright and other intellectual property
We do not allow copyright infringement on MyFsiBlog. Send takedown notices as described on the DMCA page. Repeat infringers may lose their accounts.
We are not a trademark court. Owners should try to resolve a dispute with the uploader where they can. Clear, documented trademark complaints from the owner or their agent can be sent through Contact. We may share your report with the person who posted the material.
Abuse and non-consensual intimate images
MyFsiBlog does not allow revenge porn, blackmail, or intimidation. Report it with Report on the video, the Content Removal Request form, or Contact.
Information on the site
Material on MyFsiBlog is for general information. We do not warrant that it is complete or current. User and studio statements are theirs, not ours. You rely on them at your own risk.
We may change pages at any time and need not update older material.
Advertising and usage data
Third parties may show ads on MyFsiBlog. They may receive an IP address and may use cookies or similar tools as described in the Cookie Notice. We do not control advertiser collection practices. Responding to an ad is between you and that advertiser.
Linking and shares
You may link to MyFsiBlog fairly and lawfully, without suggesting we endorse you. Do not frame or deep-link in a way that hides our pages or ads.
If we offer share or social tools, use them as provided. We may turn those tools off.
Links from MyFsiBlog
Outbound links, including in ads, are a convenience. We do not control those sites. Deals you make with advertisers or other third parties found through MyFsiBlog are solely between you and them.
When we may share personal information
We generally collect identifying details only when you register, upload, pay, or contact us. We share that information as described in these terms and the Privacy Policy, with your permission, to comply with lawful process, to protect MyFsiBlog or other people, or as part of a transfer of the service. More detail is on the Privacy Policy and Law Enforcement Requests pages.
If we must spend money responding to a legal demand that concerns your account, we may pass those reasonable costs on where the law allows.
Indemnity
To the extent the law allows, you will defend and indemnify the operator of MyFsiBlog and its staff and contractors against claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of MyFsiBlog, your content, or your breach of these terms or of someone else’s rights. We may take over the defence of a claim.
This duty survives after you stop using MyFsiBlog.
Disclaimers
You use MyFsiBlog at your own risk. The service is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that MyFsiBlog will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful code, that listings will stay online, or that third-party products advertised here are reliable. No advice obtained from us creates a warranty beyond these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, MyFsiBlog is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from use of the service, errors in content, unauthorised access to servers, interruption, malware introduced by others, or dealings with advertisers — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if we were told the loss was possible.
We are not liable for user content or for the defamatory or illegal acts of third parties. You accept the risk that material you upload may be copied or redistributed by others, including in ways that break these terms.
Mandatory consumer rights in your country still apply. Where we cannot exclude liability, our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars (or local equivalent), whichever is greater, if such a cap is allowed.
You agree not to seek injunctive relief that would shut down or alter MyFsiBlog for other users; money damages are the remedy where the law allows that limit.
Time to bring claims
Any claim relating to these terms or MyFsiBlog must be brought within one year after it arises, unless a longer period is required by law.
Assignment
You may not assign these terms. We may assign them if the service is transferred.
General
These terms, the Privacy Policy, Cookie Notice, DMCA policy, and the other policies linked from MyFsiBlog are the whole agreement between you and the operator of MyFsiBlog. If a court strikes one clause, the rest still apply. Failure to enforce a clause is not a waiver.
Governing law and venue are those of the operator identified on the Contact page, except where consumer law in your country requires otherwise. Nothing here agrees to apply another country’s law to the operator except as that consumer law requires.
We may end these terms by notice on the site, by email, or by another method. Ending the terms does not waive our rights for past breaches.
