Overview
DesiPvt is committed to a safer platform. We prohibit the upload, distribution, hosting, or promotion of illegal content. This policy explains what we treat as illegal content here, how to report it, and what we do after a report. It works with the Terms of Service, Content Guidelines, Child Safety Policy, and Law Enforcement Requests page.
Definition of illegal content
Illegal content on DesiPvt includes, without limitation:
- Child sexual exploitation and abuse, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Non-consensual intimate imagery (including revenge porn and deepfakes of real people without authorisation)
- Content that involves or promotes trafficking, sexual exploitation, or coercion
- Content involving other criminal acts where publishing the material itself is illegal
- Material that a court or competent authority has ordered us to remove
- Other content that violates applicable criminal law in the places where we operate
Copyright claims should use the DMCA page. Ordinary guideline issues that are not illegal can use Report on the video or the Content Guidelines.
Reporting illegal content
Report promptly if you believe material on DesiPvt is illegal. Use one of these channels:
- The report form on this page (when reporting is enabled)
- Report on the video or profile — choose Illegal content (or the closest child-safety reason)
- Content Removal Request
- Email abuses@savedl.net — URL only for CSAM; do not attach illegal files
- Contact
- Police, regulators, and other authorities: Law Enforcement Requests or admin@savedl.net
What to include
- The exact URL(s) on DesiPvt
- Associated username(s) if known
- A short explanation of why you believe the material is illegal
- Screenshots of the page chrome or URL if they help (not copies of CSAM)
- Your contact details if you want a follow-up
Do not email or attach copies of CSAM. Send the DesiPvt URL only. See the Child Safety Policy.
Review process and response
Our moderation and safety processes review reports with a risk-based queue. Child safety, threats to life, and other serious crime go first.
We may:
- Review the content, account history, and related reports
- Ask you for more detail
- Hide or restrict access while we investigate
- Remove or restore content based on what we find
- Restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts
- Preserve logs and notify authorities where the law requires or allows it
We aim to act in a reasonable time. Complex cases and cases that need more evidence can take longer. We may not share full investigation details with every reporter.
Enforcement actions
If we find a violation, we may, without prior notice:
- Remove the content
- Restrict visibility or features as required by law or our Terms
- Suspend or permanently terminate accounts and related accounts
- Block uploads and payouts
- Report the matter to the appropriate authorities
Child safety and exploitation
DesiPvt has zero tolerance for child sexual exploitation and CSAM. Apparent violations are handled under the Child Safety Policy: immediate removal where confirmed, account bans, record preservation, and reporting to authorities (including NCMEC where United States law requires it).
False or malicious reports
Knowingly false reports of illegal content are prohibited and may lead to account restrictions or termination. Good-faith reports are not punished if we find no violation after review.
Policy updates
We may update this policy. The date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of DesiPvt after an update means you accept the revised policy for future activity.
