Introduction
The operator of MyFsiBlog is the controller of personal information collected through this website. Using MyFsiBlog means you have read this policy. Questions go to the Contact page.
Scope
This policy covers information we collect on MyFsiBlog, in email you send us, and when you use features that link to this policy.
Information we collect
Unregistered visitors: pages viewed, searches, referring site, browser and device type, time zone, and IP address. Cookies are described in the Cookie Notice. We also keep messages you send through Contact or reports.
Registered members: the same usage data, plus username, email, password hash, optional profile details, watch and save history if those features are on, and content you upload (videos, titles, comments, thumbnails). If you request uploads, payouts, or extra age checks we may collect identity documents you choose to submit. Payments are handled by payment providers; we do not store full card numbers on this server.
Posts you make public can be read by anyone. Treat profile text and videos as public.
We may produce aggregated statistics that do not identify you.
MyFsiBlog is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. A parent or guardian who believes a minor registered should use the Contact page so we can delete the account.

- Inside a corporate group, if we have one, for the same purposes.
- With a buyer if the service is sold, under equivalent privacy promises.

- With rights holders when we handle a valid copyright or consent claim.
Cookies
See the Cookie Notice.
Your choices
You can refuse some cookies in your browser. You can unsubscribe from marketing mail. Account settings let you update profile details and request deletion. Deleting the account removes public access to the profile; some records may be kept for security or law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Send requests through the Contact page. We may need to verify the account. EEA and UK users may also complain to a local data protection authority.
California residents may request disclosure or deletion of personal information collected about them, without discrimination for exercising those rights. We do not sell California or Nevada personal information for money.
Transfers
If you use MyFsiBlog from another country, information may be processed where we or our providers operate. Where required we use appropriate safeguards for transfers out of the EEA or UK.
Retention
We keep account data while the account is open and then only as long as needed for security, billing, or legal holds. Identity and upload records may be kept as long as the law requires.
Third-party sites
Links leave our control. Their privacy policies apply.
Changes
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date will change.
