Overview
This policy explains how you can complain about DesiPvt services or appeal moderation and safety decisions that affect you. We aim to handle complaints fairly, consistently with the Terms of Service, and in line with applicable law.
You may submit a good-faith complaint or appeal without fear of retaliation for complaining. Abuse of this process (for example, harassment of staff or knowingly false claims) can lead to account action.
Submitting a complaint
You can complain when you believe, for example, that:
- We failed to follow our published policies
- A report you filed was mishandled
- A moderation decision about someone else’s content was wrong in a way that harms you as a reporter or victim
- Age assurance, verification, or another safety process was applied incorrectly
- We did not meet UK Online Safety Act duties that apply to you — see also Information for Users in the UK
How to submit
Send a message through the Contact page or email admin@savedl.net. Put “Complaint” in the subject or first line.
What to include
- Your name or username and the email on the account
- A clear description of the concern
- Relevant URLs, video titles, usernames, or account details
- Dates if you know them
- Supporting evidence (screenshots of the page chrome or messages — not copies of CSAM)
We may ask for more detail if the message is incomplete. Incomplete complaints can be delayed or closed.
Submitting an appeal
You may appeal decisions that directly affect your account or your content, including:
- Content removal or rejection
- Feature limits (upload, comments, payouts)
- Warnings
- Suspensions or terminations
Explain why the decision should be reconsidered and include the same kinds of details listed above. Say that the message is an appeal.
Appeals are not available where the law requires us to keep material down or where we reasonably believe the material is CSAM or non-consensual intimate imagery. See the Child Safety Policy and Illegal Content Reporting Policy.
Review process
The appropriate team reviews your complaint or appeal. That can include:
- The content or account at issue
- Prior reports and moderation history
- Your message and evidence
- A request for more information from you
Possible outcomes: uphold the prior decision, modify it, or reverse it. We may also take further action if new facts show a different or additional violation.
Response time
We aim to acknowledge complaints and appeals within a few working days and to finish a first review within a reasonable period. Timing depends on complexity, volume, and whether legal or safety holds apply. Serious child-safety and imminent-harm matters are prioritised.
Final decisions
We will tell you the outcome when we can. Some decisions cannot be appealed again, especially legal obligations, confirmed safety cases, court or regulator orders, and repeat serious violations.
UK users who remain unhappy about Online Safety Act compliance after our response may contact Ofcom about matters in its remit.
Policy updates
We may update this policy. The date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of DesiPvt after an update means you accept the revised policy for future activity.
